Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services to Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, Bachelors Gulch, Cordillera, Edwards, and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to checkout to confirm if we deliver to your area. If you have placed and order, and we do not currently deliver to your location, we will notify you within 24 hours of processing and issue a full refund.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times are between 1 PM and 6 PM.

  • You can choose a preferred delivery time window after checkout by responding to the confirmation email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on demand, weather, or other factors.

  • In cases of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, traffic, or late room accessibility), we will notify you via text message, to the number on file, about any changes to your delivery schedule.

3. Delivery Fees

  • 100% of the delivery fee goes to the shopper/driver.

  • Fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your order size.

4. Delivery

  • Groceries will be neatly organized on shelves, counters or pantries, with refrigerated and frozen items put away.

  • Alcoholic purchases will be left on the counter with beer and white wine placed in the refrigerator.

5. Delivery Instructions: Please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., gate codes, building entrances, or any other specific details) to help us reach you quickly and efficiently.  

6. Customer Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact details.  We rely on this information to gain access to the premises prior to your arrival.

  • Please make us aware of any pets on site in order for us to make proper preparations.

  • We are not liable for any missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

1. Refunds

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at (970) 688-0470 for next day replacement delivery, or email us at mike@vailvalleygrocerydelivery.com for a refund of missing items.

  • Delivery orders canceled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund debited back to the card used for original purchase.

  • Cancelations the day before or day of expected delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.
